Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with leading healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, within your designated territory in Dammam and surrounding regions.
• Medical Education & Advocacy: Deliver compelling presentations and educational content to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about the clinical benefits, usage, and advancements of our pharmaceutical products.
• Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify emerging opportunities to drive sales growth, leveraging your understanding of market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs.
• Product Visibility & Distribution: Ensure seamless availability and optimal placement of our products in key healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, enhancing accessibility for patients.
• Engagement & Networking: Actively participate in medical conferences, symposia, and training sessions to strengthen industry connections and stay ahead of therapeutic advancements.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
• Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine**, with a strong foundation in therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical sciences.
• A **valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license**, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.
• Exceptional **communication and interpersonal skills**, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey complex information with clarity.
• A **results-driven mindset**, coupled with self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Office applications**, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage data, create reports, and design impactful presentations.
