Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your expertise will be critical in:

• Strategic Growth Leadership: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and initial engagement to final execution—while continuously refining our business development frameworks to enhance conversion rates and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster alignment across internal teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are technically feasible, timely, and aligned with market demands. Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Business Groups to drive cohesive execution.
• Risk and Scenario Planning: Anticipate market shifts, competitive movements, and operational challenges to develop proactive strategies that safeguard our revenue pipeline and maintain business resilience.
• Business Optimization: Leverage analytical acumen to refine processes, improve sales cycle efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making—ultimately driving higher profitability and operational excellence.
• Innovation and Product Launch Coordination: Collaborate with Business Groups, Demand Planners, and Sales Teams to successfully execute new product launches, ensuring market readiness and alignment with consumer needs.
• Export Strategy and Master Data Management: Lead export demand coordination with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate, up-to-date master data to support precise planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

• At least **five years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)**, with a strong background in either **Engineering or Supply Chain Management**.
• A **Bachelor’s Degree** in a relevant field, demonstrating a robust foundation in business operations and strategic planning.
• Proficient use of **Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office** tools to analyze data, present insights, and drive actionable strategies.
• A **preferred** candidate will possess:
