Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and support staff to deliver cohesive and effective healthcare solutions. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, ensuring rapid and appropriate interventions to stabilize patients and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A valid Nursing License recognized in Saudi Arabia, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proven expertise in medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, or a specialized field relevant to BRF’s patient care needs.
• Strong knowledge of patient care protocols, medication management, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to the diverse needs of patients from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and proficiency in using digital tools for patient management.
