Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (8+ years) in maintenance management, preferably in a large-scale industrial or facility management environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, and industrial equipment.
• Expertise in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting maintenance data and optimizing workflows.
• Certifications in OSHA, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies are a plus.
