Serve as a trusted IT advisor, ensuring compliance with company policies, security protocols, and industry best practices. Execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans while maintaining secure server environments and conducting routine maintenance.
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Review vendor proposals, select appropriate technology solutions, and ensure adherence to vendor contracts. Conduct periodic inventories of hardware and applications, reporting findings to management and implementing solutions aligned with cluster standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Financial Forecasting and Budget Compliance: Collaborate with property management to prioritize and budget technology projects, ensuring realistic financial planning. Analyze operating statements, resolve discrepancies in technology charges, and provide strategic guidance on short- and long-term IT investments.
  • Human Resources and Team Development: Manage IT staff, foster professional growth, and ensure a culture of continuous learning. Assign responsibilities, conduct performance evaluations, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Information Security and Compliance: Oversee IT security measures, enforce compliance with company policies, and mitigate risks. Maintain secure server environments, perform backups, and ensure adequate bandwidth and circuit security. Communicate and enforce IT standards to uphold operational excellence.

This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic vision, and leadership to drive innovation and operational efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality setting. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to elevate guest experiences and property performance, we invite you to apply and be part of our mission to redefine industry standards.
