Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Controller will oversee a comprehensive suite of financial functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Accounting, Transaction Services, and Payroll. This senior leadership position demands a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for financial innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities and Impact Areas

As a strategic finance leader, your responsibilities will span across critical domains, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence:

• Financial Leadership and Governance: Establish and uphold a robust financial control environment, aligning accounting governance, policy compliance, and internal controls with corporate and regulatory requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic insights on financial performance, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities. Actively participate in Financial Leadership Initiatives, driving alignment between finance and broader business objectives.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead the FP&A, Payroll, Financial Accounting, and Transactional Services teams to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring adherence to statutory, local, and consolidated US reporting standards. Review and approve financial statements, management reports, and executive presentations, translating complex financial data into actionable intelligence for leadership.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Manage overhead cost pools, rate management, and long-range business planning reporting cycles. Support executive decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis, variance reviews, and scenario modeling. Collaborate with business managers to refine budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: Maintain rigorous internal controls over financial reporting and operational accounting processes. Lead support for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and control assessments, identifying weaknesses and implementing corrective actions. Ensure full compliance with tax, statutory, corporate, and legal reporting requirements, mitigating risks and safeguarding organizational assets.
• Business Partnering and Strategic Support: Act as a strategic partner to operational and functional leaders, contributing financial expertise to budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives. Influence critical business decisions through data-driven insights, risk assessments, and scenario analysis. Support investment reviews and strategic initiatives, ensuring financial alignment with business goals.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Promote succession planning, capability development, and employee engagement to build a resilient and motivated workforce. Drive operational excellence through process optimization and innovation.
