Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive DQA strategies that align with Almarai’s quality objectives, ensuring adherence to international standards such as ISO, HACCP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing DQA team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning to drive operational excellence.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in quality control processes and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and minimize waste.
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance audits, inspections, and documentation to ensure full alignment with Saudi and international regulatory bodies, mitigating risks and maintaining certification standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and R&D, to integrate quality assurance into every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics, benchmark against industry standards, and report insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Training and Capacity Building: Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees on quality protocols, risk management, and best practices in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in DQA, manufacturing quality control, or a similar leadership role within the food or dairy industry.
• Proven expertise in ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or equivalent quality management systems, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
