Key Responsibilities

• Market and Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics within the sweet products category to inform data-backed strategies for product assortment, pricing, and positioning.
• Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality sweet products while optimizing costs, availability, and supplier performance to align with business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to develop cohesive strategies that enhance product visibility, create compelling promotional campaigns, and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for the sweet products industry. We are looking for:
