Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Leadership and Governance: Ownership of end-to-end financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax, and legal entity governance, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives, driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
• Regulatory and Tax Expertise: Navigate the complexities of Saudi Arabia’s economic and regulatory landscape, ensuring adherence to tax obligations, transfer pricing policies, and legal requirements.
• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best-in-class practices across the finance function.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary financial liaison with external auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors, and government authorities, fostering strong relationships to support the organization’s growth.

• Advanced Education: A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) are a significant advantage.
• Executive-Level Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with a strong history of increasing responsibility in complex, multinational environments.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS standards, taxation, treasury management, and legal entity financial governance. Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s economic and regulatory framework is essential.
