Your Impact as an Occupational Therapist

As a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist at our Jeddah facility, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our clients through tailored, results-driven interventions. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing and addressing functional challenges, enabling individuals to thrive in daily activities, academic pursuits, and professional environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living abilities for children and adults.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions that foster independence, adaptability, and confidence in both clinical and real-world settings.
• Collaborating seamlessly with speech therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure cohesive, multidisciplinary care aligned with each client’s goals.
• Engaging families through the Journey Sharing model, empowering them to reinforce therapeutic progress at home and in the community.
• Documenting measurable outcomes and contributing to continuous program refinement to enhance early intervention and long-term success.
• Participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary assessments to drive data-informed decision-making and innovative therapeutic strategies.

• Relevant academic credentials, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, along with professional licensure or registration in Saudi Arabia. Clinical experience in rehabilitation or pediatric settings is highly advantageous.
• Cultural competence and fluency in both Arabic and English, facilitating seamless interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
