As a Technology Architect at CoorB, you will play a pivotal role in defining and refining our technology architecture framework, setting industry-leading standards, and steering the organization toward a future-ready technological landscape. Your Impact

• Define and evolve the Technology Architecture and target technology landscape, ensuring it aligns with both business goals and industry best practices.
• Establish and enforce robust technology architecture standards, principles, and guidelines that guide all technological initiatives within the organization.
• Assess and optimize the current technology ecosystem, pinpointing gaps, risks, dependencies, and modernization opportunities to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technology roadmaps that outline strategic initiatives, prioritize investments, and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on both business outcomes and technological infrastructure, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Application, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Architects to foster a cohesive and future-proof technological environment.

• Provide expert guidance on major strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring that architectural decisions are well-informed, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-wide goals.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technology architecture, standards, models, and decision records to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance with approved Technology Architecture standards and principles, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
• Support architecture governance by offering strategic recommendations that drive informed decision-making and sustainable technological growth.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record of success.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Technology Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, or related roles, with a focus on defining and governing technology frameworks in large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in banking or financial services, ideally within a SAMA-regulated environment, to navigate the unique challenges of the finance sector.
• A deep understanding of technology strategy, target architecture, and roadmap development, with a keen ability to assess current landscapes and design modernization strategies.
• Expertise in technology platforms, including cloud, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems, ensuring that architectural decisions are both scalable and future-proof.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities to drive alignment across teams.
• Experience with TOGAF or other recognized Enterprise/Technology Architecture certifications, demonstrating your commitment to industry best practices.
