As a **Facility Management Technical Engineer**, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical integrity and operational efficiency of our facilities across the MENAT region. Reporting under high authority, you will lead preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives, ensuring that our assets remain at peak performance while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Facility Oversight: Supervise and ensure the highest standards of work quality across all facilities under your responsibility, aligning with ALJ’s operational excellence standards.
• Maintenance Excellence: Implement and monitor **Planned Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM)** programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan. Collaborate closely with facility representatives to align maintenance schedules with business needs.
• Technical Validation: Review and validate technical documentation, including reports, quotations, and service provider deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ALJ’s operational requirements.
• Asset Integrity Management: Verify that all assets in PPM reports match the **Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system** records, ensuring 100% alignment and transparency in maintenance tracking.
• Performance Optimization: Drive performance metrics to achieve **zero backlog within 3 days**, meet **Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets**, and ensure **100% customer satisfaction** through meticulous execution of maintenance activities.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert recommendations during all stages of maintenance, from troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to resolving disputes between facilities and contractors.
• Contractual Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations with maintenance providers, including timely payments and coordination with other contractors to avoid conflicts and delays.
• System Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and functional tests of **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems** to guarantee operational reliability and safety.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate seamless handover processes for new or renovated facilities, collaborating with project teams and negotiating technical terms with service providers to ensure smooth integration.
• Reporting and Compliance: Coordinate with service providers to prepare and update maintenance reports, incident logs, and assessment documents, ensuring full compliance with ALJ’s facility management policies.
