As a Urology Consultant at Fakeeh Health Care, your responsibilities will be both challenging and rewarding. Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a wide range of critical duties, including:

• Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough clinical, socioeconomic, psychological, and functional evaluations for all assigned patients, ensuring a holistic understanding of their health needs. Document findings meticulously in patient medical records.
• Evidence-Based Care Planning: Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans aligned with international standards of care. Ensure these plans are implemented promptly and effectively.
• Inpatient Care Leadership: Serve as the Most Responsible Physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under your care. Conduct daily assessments, document progress using the SOAP format, and oversee the implementation of discharge plans from the day of admission.
• Timely Medical Consultations: Respond promptly to medical consultations and document all interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Discharge Coordination: Ensure the timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries, including clear discharge instructions and patient education on medications and follow-up care.
• Facility Engagement: Fulfill on-call duties as per the departmental schedule, demonstrating reliability and responsiveness to patient and facility needs.
• Quality Improvement and Collaboration: Actively participate in departmental and staff meetings, contributing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Medical Reporting and Education: Compile detailed and accurate medical reports in compliance with Fakeeh Health Care’s documentation standards. Engage in teaching rounds and educational activities as requested by the medical department chairperson.
• Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to empower informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Clinical Expertise: Completion of specialized training in urology or a related subspecialty at a recognized medical center, culminating in the highest clinical degree awarded by that institution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Experience and licensure in accordance with regional health regulatory authorities, such as SCFHS or DHA, including Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any advanced licenses applicable to your practice.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional command of both oral and written English and Arabic to effectively engage with patients, families, colleagues, and non-medical staff.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications to manage patient records, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently.
