In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an engaging and structured mathematics curriculum that aligns with international standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing students for success in standardized assessments such as Tahsili (SAT) and Qudurat (GAT), while cultivating a love for learning and a strong mathematical foundation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Instruction: Design and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate mathematics lessons that align with the school’s curriculum standards. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure student engagement.
• Student Assessment and Support: Monitor student progress through regular assessments, provide targeted feedback, and implement differentiated instruction to support individual learning needs.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and confidence in mathematical problem-solving.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to refine teaching practices, participate in professional development opportunities, and maintain open communication with families to foster a strong partnership in student success.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the mathematics curriculum, ensuring alignment with best practices and educational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are seeking a qualified educator with a strong background in mathematics education for early primary grades. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, with a focus on early childhood or primary education.
• Proven experience teaching Grades 1–2, preferably in an international or standards-based school environment.
• A deep understanding of mathematical concepts appropriate for young learners, including numeracy, basic operations, geometry, and early problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in lesson planning and curriculum development, with the ability to create engaging, standards-aligned instructional materials.
• Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet stimulating learning environment that encourages participation and confidence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• A commitment to continuous professional growth and adherence to ethical teaching practices, including safeguarding standards.
• Proficiency in qualified teacher status or relevant teaching certification/license.
