Key Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Engaging Activities: Plan and execute a diverse range of daily activities, including interactive games, hands-on crafts, storytelling sessions, and themed play experiences. Your creativity will ensure that each day is filled with fun, educational, and developmentally appropriate engagement for children of all ages.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Greet each child by name and provide parents with a warm handoff, sharing highlights from their day. Your ability to create a personal and caring atmosphere will set the tone for a positive experience for both children and families.
• Prioritize Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to child safety protocols, including accurate check-in and check-out procedures. Your vigilance will ensure that every child’s well-being is protected while maintaining a seamless and secure environment.
• Enhance the Parent Experience: Extend your attentiveness to the parents’ lounge, offering assistance and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for families. Your proactive approach will contribute to the overall five-star service culture we strive to uphold.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Prepare and reset the children’s zone for each shift, attend daily briefings to stay aligned with program goals, and communicate supply needs to the Supervisor. Your organizational skills will keep the space running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a unique blend of experience, certifications, and personal qualities that align with our commitment to excellence:

• 1–2 Years of Experience with Children: Prior experience in kids’ entertainment, early education, or childcare is essential. Your background should demonstrate a passion for working with young children and a track record of creating engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR: A valid certification in pediatric first aid and CPR is required. If you are not currently certified, you must obtain it within 30 days of joining. Your ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies is critical to our safety standards.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and conversational proficiency in English is a must. Your ability to communicate clearly and warmly with both children and parents in these languages will ensure seamless interactions across our diverse community.
• Confidence and Charisma: You must feel at ease performing in front of groups of children, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every activity. Your natural ability to connect with young learners will inspire participation and joy.
• Patience and Energy: This role demands a patient, nurturing, and energetic demeanor. You will need to maintain consistency and positivity throughout full shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special event days.
• On-Site Commitment: This position requires on-site presence in Jeddah, with availability for weekends, holidays, and event days as needed. Your dedication to being present and engaged during these times is vital to our success.
