Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Development and Review: Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts for engineering, construction, and consulting projects, ensuring clarity, fairness, and alignment with WSP’s standards and client needs.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to legal, technical, and financial obligations, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, procurement, project delivery) and external partners (clients, vendors, regulators) to align contract terms with project goals and operational realities.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle—from inception to closure—ensuring documentation, updates, and compliance are maintained throughout.
