Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including logistics partners, IT teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment with strategic IT initiatives.
• Identify technology-driven opportunities to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain agility.
• Act as a liaison between IT departments and logistics teams, translating technical requirements into practical solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Lead the implementation of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT account management, logistics technology, or a related domain, with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement and solution delivery.
• Deep understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and the role of IT in enhancing efficiency and visibility.
