Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-standard painting, polishing, and finishing works across all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and operational facilities.
• Ensure that all surfaces are meticulously prepared, painted, and polished to meet the highest aesthetic and functional standards.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Adhere to strict quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets or exceeds industry benchmarks and hotel standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in the resolution of any maintenance or finishing issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques, materials, and industry best practices in painting, polishing, and finishing.

Qualifications and Experience:

While we value a diverse range of talents, the following qualifications will ensure you are a strong fit for this role:

• A technical certification in Painting, Polishing, Finishing Works, or a related trade is highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Painter & Polisher in a hotel environment, or 4 years of experience in a similar capacity within a large building, commercial facility, or residential complex. Experience in a luxury setting is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools, materials, and safety protocols.
