Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust, forward-thinking development strategy that positions Qiddiya as a leader in experiential tourism, entertainment, and sustainable urban development. Align initiatives with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals and global industry trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, government entities, and international partners to foster strategic alliances, secure investments, and drive cross-functional execution. Act as a bridge between visionary leadership and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and mitigate risks.
• Project Oversight: Lead the prioritization, planning, and monitoring of high-impact development projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Champion innovation while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates for this transformative role should possess:

• A proven track record of 10+ years in strategic development, project management, or corporate leadership within the entertainment, tourism, real estate, or urban development sectors.
• Extensive experience in large-scale project delivery, including feasibility studies, master planning, and stakeholder management in complex environments.
• A deep understanding of market dynamics, economic trends, and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the Middle East or emerging markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic visions into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in strategic management or project leadership are a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
