Key Responsibilities:

At the heart of your role is the ability to seamlessly manage all guest communications and inquiries with grace and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for guests through telephone, email, live chat, and mobile devices, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. Handle wake-up calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and relay messages with precision and professionalism.
• Service Coordination: Log and track guest requests or concerns in our digital systems, coordinating with internal teams such as Bellperson, Housekeeping, and Concierge to resolve issues promptly. Follow up diligently to ensure complete guest satisfaction, turning potential challenges into opportunities for positive reinforcement.
• Information and Assistance: Provide comprehensive information about room amenities, property features, and local attractions, enhancing the guest experience with insightful recommendations. Assist with room service orders, internet access, and entertainment systems, ensuring smooth transactions and seamless operations.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the distinctive EDITION ethos—where sophistication meets personality—by embodying our brand’s values in every interaction. Welcome guests with genuine warmth, anticipate their needs, and extend exceptional service with a personal touch.
