Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing DQA team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and compliance with global quality benchmarks.
• Develop and implement robust quality assurance frameworks, ensuring alignment with ISO, HACCP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the execution of design qualifications, process validations, and audits to mitigate risks and enhance product reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, and supply chain—to integrate quality controls seamlessly into manufacturing workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving data-driven decisions to optimize quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Represent Almarai in external audits, regulatory inspections, and stakeholder engagements, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
• Identify and implement best practices in quality management, leveraging industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in DQA, quality management, or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or similar quality frameworks.
• Strong background in auditing, risk management, and compliance with global regulatory bodies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
• Technical proficiency in quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl) is a plus.
