Key Responsibilities:

• Field Inspection & Compliance: Conduct thorough on-site inspections of piping systems, welds, and fabrication processes to verify compliance with ASME, API, AWS, and client-specific standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and test results using industry-standard software, ensuring transparency and traceability.
• Weld Quality Assurance: Perform visual, dimensional, and radiographic examinations of welds, interpreting radiographic films and ultrasonic test results to identify defects.
• Code & Standard Adherence: Stay updated on evolving industry codes (e.g., B31.1, B31.3) and ensure all piping work aligns with project specifications and regulatory frameworks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, welders, and fabricators to resolve quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Safety & Risk Mitigation: Promote a culture of safety by identifying potential hazards in piping installations and recommending preventive measures.
• Certification & Training: Maintain active CWI certification (or equivalent) and participate in continuous professional development to enhance technical expertise.

• Field Experience: Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in piping inspection, fabrication oversight, or quality control within industrial or construction environments.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and inspection standards with precision.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and document findings effectively.
• Physical Demands: Willingness to work in diverse field conditions, including elevated platforms, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus for on-site collaboration.
