Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Roadmap: Craft and refine the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps to ensure IT capabilities remain aligned with evolving business strategies. Champion innovation, scalability, and sustainability in digital transformation initiatives, positioning our organization as a leader in technology-driven change.
• Architecture Standards & Governance: Establish and champion architecture standards, patterns, and reference models across all critical domains—technology, applications, integration, infrastructure, and data. Collaborate closely with governance teams to enforce compliance with architecture guidelines, ensuring that every project and solution adheres to enterprise-wide best practices.
• Solution & Project Architecture Oversight: Provide expert guidance to project teams during solution design phases, ensuring coherence with enterprise roadmaps and standards. Review and approve architecture designs to validate integration, security, and operational resilience, serving as the escalation point for complex architecture-related decisions.
• Business & IT Alignment: Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating strategic business goals into actionable IT capabilities. Identify opportunities for digital enablement and innovation, fostering collaboration to ensure architectural outcomes deliver tangible business value and competitive advantage.
• Reporting & Team Development: Present regular updates to senior leadership on architecture roadmaps, alignment progress, and potential risks. Lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise architecture team, enhancing skills across applications, data, infrastructure, and integration domains. Maintain and curate knowledge repositories, embedding lessons learned, best practices, and emerging technologies into our architecture processes.
• Process Optimization & Compliance: Support the monitoring of daily activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and process optimization, while staying ahead of industry trends.
• People Management: Actively engage in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching to develop team members and foster a culture of continuous learning. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workflows to ensure high performance. Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership experience:

• Experience: A minimum of **6 years** in a related field, demonstrating a proven track record in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or IT strategy. Experience in a leadership capacity is highly preferred.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology**, or an equivalent field is required. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications are a plus.
• Certifications: While not mandatory, the following certifications are highly valued and will strengthen your candidacy:
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
• Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., NORA)
• ITIL 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• Cloud Architecture certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• SOA/Integration and enterprise architecture modeling expertise
• COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) for governance and compliance
• Technical & Leadership Skills: Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, data management, and integration strategies.
