Key Responsibilities:

• Wireline Operations: Execute and oversee wireline logging operations in open-hole environments, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety protocols.
• Remote Engineering Support: Provide real-time technical guidance and remote troubleshooting for wireline tools and systems, leveraging advanced monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Data Interpretation: Analyze subsurface data to identify formation characteristics, optimize logging parameters, and support decision-making for drilling and completion strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with drilling teams, geologists, and field engineers to align wireline activities with project objectives and operational timelines.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of operations, tool performance, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, as well as regulatory requirements in all operational activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in wireline operations, preferably in open-hole logging or drilling support roles.
• Expertise in wireline logging tools, data acquisition systems, and remote monitoring technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret subsurface data and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., API, ISO) and proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively in multicultural and remote environments.
