Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations with precision, ensuring timely settlements and accurate financial reporting.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger, including month-end and year-end closings, to ensure financial statements reflect the true financial position of the company.
• Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to support strategic decision-making.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations, preparing necessary filings, and coordinating with external auditors as required.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with department heads, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations and provide timely financial insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices in accounting and financial management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA are a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger management, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, including ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and tax laws is highly desirable.
