DOMI is seeking a dynamic and visionary Business & Family Affairs Manager to join our leadership team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between corporate strategy and family governance, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and family interests. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of family business dynamics, corporate governance, and stakeholder management.

As the Business & Family Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that empowers decision-making while upholding the values and long-term vision of the family and the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping policies, protocols, and governance frameworks that drive sustainable growth and preserve the legacy of the family enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Governance: Develop and implement robust governance structures that ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment between business operations and family objectives. Design frameworks that balance short-term operational needs with long-term family and corporate sustainability.
• Family Engagement: Facilitate meaningful engagement between family members, executives, and stakeholders to foster unity, shared purpose, and effective communication. Act as a trusted advisor to family leadership on matters pertaining to succession planning, wealth management, and legacy preservation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with senior management, board members, and external advisors to ensure cohesive decision-making processes. Represent the family’s interests in high-level discussions while advocating for strategic initiatives that enhance organizational resilience.
• Policy Development: Draft and oversee the implementation of policies related to family affairs, corporate governance, and ethical business practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while upholding the family’s unique values and cultural norms.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve disputes or challenges that arise within the family or between family and business interests with diplomacy and tact. Promote a culture of trust, respect, and constructive dialogue.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor the performance of family-related initiatives and governance mechanisms, providing regular reports and recommendations to leadership. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable strategies to enhance governance effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in family business management, corporate governance, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is a significant advantage.
• Extensive experience in family business governance, succession planning, or wealth management—preferably within a multi-generational enterprise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex family and corporate dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including family members, executives, and advisors.
• A deep understanding of corporate governance best practices, regulatory compliance, and ethical business conduct.
• Proven leadership experience in driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaborative environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
