• Strategic Process Leadership: Lead end-to-end BPM projects, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
• Architectural Vision: Define and implement the technical architecture for workflow automation solutions, leveraging Camunda 7 and Camunda 8 to create flexible, scalable, and maintainable process orchestration frameworks.
• Integration Expertise: Develop and integrate workflows with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases, ensuring seamless interoperability and data consistency across platforms.
• Migration and Optimization: Lead migration initiatives between BPM platforms and optimize existing workflows to enhance performance, reduce bottlenecks, and align with evolving business requirements.
• Technical Governance: Establish and enforce BPM governance frameworks, including standards, development guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to technical excellence.
