As a Senior Team Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping our logistics strategy, fostering innovation, and delivering high-impact results. Key Responsibilities:

In this leadership position, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery across all transportation and distribution networks.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (procurement, warehousing, and production) and external partners (carriers, third-party logistics providers) to optimize supply chain performance.
• Technology & Innovation: Drive the adoption of advanced logistics technologies, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making and operational agility.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals, while identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in logistics management, preferably within the transport and supply chain industry, with a focus on large-scale operations.
• Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and industry best practices is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
