• Audit and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews to evaluate adherence to QSHE standards, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.

• Incident Management: Lead investigations into QSHE incidents, accidents, or near-misses, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence and ensuring timely reporting.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive QSHE reports, metrics, and KPIs to track progress, highlight achievements, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. A master’s degree is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in QSHE coordination, auditing, or compliance within a sales, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of international QSHE standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, with experience in Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and corrective action processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QSHE management software; experience with EHS platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
