We are seeking an experienced and visionary Architect (5+ years) to join our dynamic team in Jeddah as a full-time, on-site professional. This role is designed for a creative and strategic thinker who can lead architectural design initiatives while fostering collaboration across disciplines to create cohesive, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Develop and refine architectural design concepts that align with client vision, regulatory compliance, and MEP integration requirements, ensuring every project reflects both innovation and practicality.
• Lead the creation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation, leveraging industry-leading software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and supervision teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural solutions with structural and MEP systems, delivering cohesive project outcomes.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, maintaining rigorous adherence to deadlines while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in design methodologies.
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations, advocating for high-quality architectural solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
• Support on-site coordination, ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into execution while addressing challenges proactively.
• Contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices, driving innovation and setting benchmarks for future projects.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a talented architect with:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, complemented by 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in architectural design, including concept development, detailed drafting, and coordination with MEP and structural disciplines to ensure harmonious integration.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and meticulous documentation to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and BIM software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, with the ability to leverage digital tools for efficient workflows and collaboration.
• A deep understanding of integration between architectural systems and engineering components, enabling the delivery of cohesive, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively in multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success.
