Key Responsibilities

As a **Technician - Painter**, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across walls, ceilings, furniture, and surfaces while adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship. • Surface Preparation: Thoroughly prepare surfaces by removing old finishes through stripping, sanding, wire brushing, or controlled abrasive blasting. Apply primers and sealers to ensure a flawless base for subsequent coatings.
• Color Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to modify paint formulations, ensuring color accuracy and consistency in alignment with project specifications.
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, including proper handling of materials, use of protective gear, and compliance with environmental regulations. Report any hazards or maintenance issues promptly to uphold a secure work environment.
• Guest and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain a polished and professional appearance while welcoming guests, addressing their needs with courtesy, and ensuring accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities.
