Key Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Planner, your responsibilities will be strategic, operational, and transformative. You will:

• Develop and Execute Comprehensive Maintenance Plans: Design and implement routine and extraordinary maintenance schedules for all site assets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and minimizing operational disruptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance plans into our Asset & Maintenance Management (AMM) system, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to industry best practices.
• Lead and Govern Maintenance Planning Processes: Establish and enforce standardized maintenance planning routines, including task prioritization, maintenance shutdown scheduling, and work order execution reviews. Work closely with production teams to optimize scheduling, ensuring third-party service providers and internal resources are deployed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure Timely and Compliant Maintenance Execution: Monitor and track maintenance activities to guarantee adherence to established plans, regulatory requirements, and AMM standards. Address deviations or delays promptly, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and maintain asset integrity.
• Drive Digital Transformation and Cost Optimization: Leverage digital tools and technologies to streamline maintenance processes, reduce lifecycle costs, and enhance asset performance. Integrate Maintenance Excellence Packages to elevate operational standards and foster a culture of innovation.
• Foster Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular reviews of maintenance routines with the team, optimizing plans within the AMM system to improve quality, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational performance. Collaborate with technical teams to refine kitting processes and ensure resource availability for timely task completion.
