Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth assessments of current revenue cycle processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement. Develop and implement data-backed solutions to improve billing accuracy, reduce claim denials, and accelerate revenue collection.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all revenue cycle activities align with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. Stay updated on evolving compliance requirements and advocate for best practices across teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to align revenue cycle strategies with broader organizational goals. Facilitate communication between departments to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track financial trends, and generate actionable insights. Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for process improvements.
