Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of housing staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of housing services, including cleaning, maintenance, and guest amenities, to uphold Marriott’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Marriott’s policies and procedures. Address any discrepancies promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain operational standards.
• Guest Experience: Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination between housing services and guest-facing operations. Address guest concerns related to housing services with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Resource Management: Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and maximize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service levels.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all local regulations, health, and safety protocols. Implement and enforce safety measures to protect both staff and guests.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance housing services through process optimization, technology adoption, or staff training initiatives.
