Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across Rasan’s digital ecosystem.
• Lead the development of integration frameworks, including APIs, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions, to enhance system agility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify integration pain points and propose scalable, future-proof solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., cloud-native integration, AI-driven automation) to optimize system performance.
• Work with product and business teams to align integration strategies with strategic goals and user requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in integration design.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards in all integration initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven expertise (7+ years) in integration design, architecture, and system integration, with a strong portfolio of delivered solutions.
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, event sourcing, and enterprise service buses (ESBs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, or Tibco, along with scripting languages (Python, Java, or Node.js).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, latency, and fault tolerance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to bridge technical and business needs.
