Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following critical tasks:

• Conceptual Design & Analysis: Develop and evaluate facade designs, including cladding systems, glass structures, and composite materials, to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and aesthetic requirements.
• Structural & Wind Load Assessment: Conduct detailed structural analyses to determine the stability, load-bearing capacity, and resistance of facade systems against environmental factors such as wind, seismic activity, and thermal stress.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to refine designs, resolve technical challenges, and ensure seamless integration of facade solutions within broader project frameworks.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporate sustainable practices and innovative materials into facade designs to enhance energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and contribute to LEED or similar green building certifications.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and reports to support construction, procurement, and installation processes while adhering to international and local standards.
• Site Oversight & Quality Assurance: Monitor facade installation on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry best practices, addressing any deviations promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline, with a specialization in facade engineering or structural design.
• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in facade engineering, structural analysis, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cladding systems, glass facades, or composite materials.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and structural analysis tools (ETABs, SAP2000, or similar) to model and simulate facade performance.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, wind load standards (e.g., ASCE 7), and local regulations in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous, given the multicultural and multilingual nature of our projects.
