As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating competitive contracts, and implementing best practices to enhance procurement efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while fostering long-term partnerships to ensure consistent supply chain performance. Leverage market insights to negotiate favorable terms and pricing, reducing procurement costs by at least 10% annually.
• Strategic Sourcing: Conduct in-depth market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers, aligning procurement decisions with project requirements and organizational goals. Utilize data-driven analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and mitigate supply risks.
• Contract & Agreement Development: Draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure agreements that balance risk and cost efficiency.
• Cost & Performance Monitoring: Track procurement expenditures, analyze spending trends, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Monitor supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and operational needs. Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues proactively.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes. Implement digital tools and automation where applicable to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to local and international regulations, including but not limited to Saudi Arabia’s commercial laws and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related technical field, with a proven track record in sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), ERP systems, and data analytics tools. Familiarity with supply chain technologies and digital procurement platforms is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred, given the company’s focus on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia.
