As a Senior Maximo Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions, ensuring seamless deployments, integrations, and automation across complex enterprise asset management (EAM) environments. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Deployment: Lead the installation, configuration, and customization of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and its core modules, including Manage, Health, Mobile, Scheduler, Dispatcher, and IT Asset Management. Design and implement tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges while adhering to best practices in EAM.
• Integration & Automation: Develop and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, and XML, ensuring seamless data flow between MAS and third-party systems. Leverage the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) to create robust, scalable integration pipelines that enhance system interoperability.
• Scripting & Optimization: Write and refine automation scripts using Python/Jython and SQL to streamline workflows, improve system performance, and reduce manual intervention. Optimize database queries and application logic to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
• Containerized Deployments: Support MAS deployments within Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments, ensuring cloud-native scalability, resilience, and performance. Work with container orchestration tools to deploy and manage applications in modern, agile architectures.
• Tooling & Infrastructure: Utilize deployment and automation tools such as MAS CLI, Ansible, and Terraform to standardize processes, reduce deployment times, and ensure consistency across environments. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to enhance operational agility.
• Documentation & Testing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and troubleshooting resources. Conduct rigorous system testing to validate functionality, performance, and security before client adoption.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and facilitate user training. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing to ensure smooth system adoption and long-term success.

Key Requirements

• Proven Expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS): Deep hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and delivering MAS solutions, with a strong understanding of its core functionalities and industry best practices.
• Integration Mastery: Extensive experience with the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), including REST, SOAP, and XML-based integrations. Familiarity with API design and consumption in enterprise environments.
• Scripting & Database Proficiency: Strong skills in Python/Jython scripting and SQL to automate processes, optimize queries, and enhance system functionality. Experience with database tuning and performance analysis is a plus.
• Container & Cloud-Native Technologies: Practical experience working with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and containerized deployments. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud-native application architectures is highly valued.
• Troubleshooting & Documentation: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis. Ability to document technical processes clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translate technical requirements into actionable solutions, and mentor end-users.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MAS CLI, Ansible, and Terraform for automation and infrastructure management.
• Exposure to enterprise asset management (EAM) transformation programs, including change management and adoption strategies.
• IBM Maximo certifications, such as Certified Maximo Administrator or Certified Maximo Developer, to validate your expertise.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale Maximo solutions for global enterprises, with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
