Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Enhance Employee Experience: Play a critical role in coordinating onboarding, training, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive transition for employees at every stage of their journey with the company.
• Drive Engagement and Performance: Contribute to performance management initiatives and employee engagement programs, helping to cultivate a motivated and connected workforce.
• Foster Organizational Growth: Support organizational development projects and cultural activities that align with our company’s values and long-term vision. Collaborate with the People and Culture team to implement HR best practices and strategies that enhance workplace culture.
