Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized access, suspicious activities, or security breaches.
• Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring they function effectively.
• Enforce security protocols and company policies, including visitor management, access control, and emergency response procedures.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the relevant departments.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to ethical standards while interacting with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations, medical emergencies, or natural disasters, following established protocols.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports for review and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
• Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to report incidents clearly and accurately.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond to emergencies as required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Familiarity with security technologies, such as CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems, is a significant advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant security certification is preferred.
• Clear criminal record and ability to undergo background checks.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
