Delaware North is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Performance Marketing to spearhead the evolution of paid and organic search and social media strategies across our diverse portfolio of consumer-facing businesses. Reporting to the Corporate Headquarters in Buffalo, NY, this strategic leader will drive scalable growth by optimizing paid media initiatives, ensuring measurable demand, revenue, and profitability across key divisions including Parks and Resorts, Ember Entertainment, Patina Group, Sportservice, International, and Boston portfolios.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals while collaborating closely with subsidiary marketing teams, commercial leaders, analytics specialists, and external agency partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming paid media into a dynamic growth engine, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition, conversion rates, and long-term profitability. Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will be centered around four core pillars: Performance Marketing Leadership, Team Development, Business Partnership, and Measurement and Optimization.

• Performance Marketing Leadership: Oversee enterprise-wide performance across paid search and paid social channels, aligning acquisition, conversion, and revenue strategies with business objectives. Develop and execute annual and quarterly media strategies that account for seasonality, customer demand, and revenue targets. Manage multi-million-dollar digital advertising budgets, optimizing allocations across brands, markets, audiences, and channels to maximize return on investment. Continuously identify growth opportunities through rigorous testing, audience expansion, creative optimization, and emerging advertising technologies.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of performance marketing professionals, including managers, specialists, and analysts. Establish clear performance expectations, career pathways, and operational frameworks that foster accountability and professional growth. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative culture rooted in analytical rigor and continuous improvement. Partner with Growth Marketing leadership on organizational planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and capability development to ensure long-term success.
• Parks and Gaming Business Partnership: Serve as the primary performance marketing partner for Parks and Gaming stakeholders, translating complex business goals into actionable media strategies. Drive visitation, bookings, hotel occupancy, gaming revenue, database growth, loyalty participation, and customer acquisition through data-informed strategies. Provide strategic recommendations grounded in customer behavior, competitive dynamics, market trends, and performance insights to guide decision-making.
• Measurement, Analytics, and Optimization: Define and implement channel-specific and business-level KPIs focused on revenue generation, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, bookings, and lifetime value. Collaborate with Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Technology teams to enhance attribution models, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes. Utilize advanced analytics tools to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
