In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of technical tasks, from diagnosing and resolving electrical malfunctions to ensuring compliance with national and local codes, including the National Electric Code. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance electrical solutions that support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance: Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using both hand tools and power tools. Ensure all installations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Diagnosis and Repair: Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning tools, equipment, electrical systems, and components. Utilize advanced testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Planning: Plan the layout and installation of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures based on detailed job specifications, blueprints, and schematics. Ensure all work aligns with current electrical codes and safety protocols.
• Preventative Maintenance: Respond to repair requests promptly and perform regular preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and requisition necessary parts and supplies.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety and security policies, reporting any hazards, accidents, or injuries immediately. Complete required safety training and certifications, and ensure proper storage of flammable materials.
• Confidentiality and Asset Protection: Safeguard proprietary information and protect company assets at all times. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
• Guest Relations: Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities with professionalism and courtesy. Demonstrate genuine appreciation and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and actively listen to address concerns. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
• Physical Demands: Perform tasks that may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and manipulating objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Exhibit fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle objects of varying sizes and weights.
• Flexibility: Remain open to additional responsibilities as requested by supervisors to support the evolving needs of the organization.
