In this **full-time, non-management** position, you will play a pivotal role in the construction, installation, and repair of high-quality woodwork and finishes across our properties. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, from intricate drywall and millwork installations to the fabrication and maintenance of furniture, partitions, and cabinetry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results while adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction and Installation: Expertly build, install, and repair walls, partitions, drywall, wallpaper, millwork, and molding, ensuring flawless execution of both functional and decorative elements. Handle faux finishing techniques to achieve premium aesthetic outcomes.
• Framing and Finishes: Perform rough-in framing for doors, windows, and cabinetry, and install high-end finishes such as laminates and other premium materials. Ensure all work aligns with architectural specifications and design standards.
• Woodworking and Maintenance: Construct, repair, and maintain wood structures, including partitions, doors, furniture, and custom millwork. Address minor repairs such as tightening fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and patching walls to uphold the property’s pristine condition.
• Logistics and Procurement: Manage the ordering process for materials and supplies, including completing requisitions, obtaining managerial approval, and coordinating with trusted vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability.
• Material Handling: Safely load, transport, and unload freight from elevators to designated work areas using hand trucks and other equipment, maintaining efficiency and organization in the workspace.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, security procedures, and operational guidelines. Promptly report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information. Protect company assets and foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Guest and Associate Relations: Engage with guests and associates with clarity, professionalism, and genuine appreciation. Welcome and acknowledge all visitors, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities in a courteous and inclusive manner.
• Physical Demands: Perform tasks requiring physical agility, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and manipulating objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Exhibit fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in various positions, such as bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Adaptability: Remain open to additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs and drive continuous improvement.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of **two years of related work experience** in carpentry, woodworking, or a similar trade.
