We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery for our esteemed partner company, ensuring seamless execution, operational excellence, and measurable business value across high-impact client engagements in Saudi Arabia. As the primary architect of delivery success, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects—from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of one or more client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and commercial viability. Develop and execute robust delivery plans, including scope management, risk assessment, and resource optimization, to guarantee on-time, high-quality outcomes.
• Technical and Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Solution Architects, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams to translate complex client requirements into actionable technical strategies. Ensure adherence to engineering standards, best practices, and delivery processes while maintaining agility and adaptability.
• Stakeholder and Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders, delivering clear communication, product demonstrations, and value-driven insights. Lead client-facing sessions to refine expectations, steer discussions, and reframe priorities to maximize business impact.
• Team Development and Culture: Mentor and develop delivery teams or leads through coaching, performance feedback, and career growth initiatives. Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, fostering ownership and excellence across all engagements.
• Risk Management and Innovation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks while leveraging opportunities for innovation—particularly in AI-driven solutions—to enhance client outcomes. Monitor delivery economics, utilization, and account health, escalating critical risks or opportunities to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Solution Architects, and other internal teams to align delivery execution with account objectives. Serve as the escalation point for technical and operational challenges, ensuring seamless resolution and maintaining stakeholder trust.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Communicate delivery progress and business outcomes in terms of value realization, not just task completion. Utilize KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and accountability frameworks to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to account strategy by identifying risks, opportunities, and innovation initiatives—including AI use cases—that strengthen client relationships and long-term success. Support organizational decisions related to performance, compensation, and growth in collaboration with leadership.
