Key Responsibilities:

You will lead and oversee civil construction activities with a focus on technical excellence and operational efficiency. Your role will encompass:

• On-Site Supervision and Quality Assurance: Actively supervise and monitor civil works to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality of materials, and workmanship, ensuring that every aspect aligns with project requirements.
• Technical Review and Coordination: Review and analyze technical documents, including drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications, to validate feasibility and accuracy. Collaborate closely with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams to facilitate seamless execution and resolve technical challenges proactively.
• Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify and address technical and site-related issues with a solution-oriented mindset. Leverage your engineering expertise to mitigate risks and ensure minimal disruptions to project timelines.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and compliance records. Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on-site. Ensure that all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Project Planning and Cost Control: Support project planning, scheduling, and cost management activities. Contribute to the development of realistic timelines and budgets, optimizing resource allocation to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, project engineering, or site supervision. Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of civil works, construction methods, and engineering standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suites, with the ability to interpret and utilize technical documentation effectively.
• Leadership and Coordination: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Exceptional communication and coordination abilities to facilitate smooth collaboration across all project stakeholders.
