Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a wide range of critical tasks designed to elevate the store’s operational excellence:

• Merchandising Execution: Interpret and execute merchandising instructions, planograms, and project guidelines to ensure products are displayed according to strategic standards. This includes straightening shelves, organizing overhead inventory, and maintaining visually compelling product presentations.
• Display and Fixture Management: Assemble and install displays and fixtures using basic hand tools, while ensuring signage, brochures, and promotional materials are up-to-date and professionally presented.
• Price and Label Accuracy: Conduct price changes, replace incorrect or damaged labels, and maintain compliance with store policies to ensure pricing integrity.
• Bay Service and Documentation: Perform general bay service tasks, maintain detailed records, and utilize store systems to access and interpret merchandising reports. Execute actionable insights to optimize inventory turnover and customer accessibility.
• Project Coordination: Lead and complete one-off projects as directed by store, district, or regional leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Customer-Centric Service: Partner with store associates to assist customers in locating products and addressing inquiries. Collaborate with leadership to manage markdowns for damaged or unsellable merchandise, ensuring a clean and navigable shopping environment.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and participate in inspections of returned or damaged items for return-to-vendor processes.
• Training and Development: Complete assigned training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of store operations.
