Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in Building Performance Analysis: Support the team in conducting energy modeling, thermal simulations, and environmental assessments to optimize building performance. Utilize industry-leading software tools to evaluate energy consumption, carbon footprint, and occupant comfort.
• Research and Development: Contribute to research initiatives aimed at advancing sustainable building technologies. Assist in identifying innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and promote environmental stewardship.
• Project Support: Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to provide technical support on various building performance projects. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Collaboration and Learning: Engage with cross-functional teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and sustainability consultants, to align technical solutions with broader project goals. Actively participate in workshops, site visits, and industry events to expand your knowledge and network.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who meet the following criteria:

• A current student pursuing a degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in building performance, sustainability, or energy efficiency.
• Familiarity with building performance software (e.g., EnergyPlus, IES VE, Ecotect, or similar tools) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is advantageous.
