Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Communications: Develop, coordinate, and execute investor communications strategies, including press releases, investor presentations, and financial reports, to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and facilitate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and institutional stakeholders.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and disseminating financial disclosures, earnings announcements, and other regulatory filings in compliance with local and international standards.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Corporate Governance: Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to corporate governance policies and investor relations best practices.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with senior management, finance, legal, and communications teams to align investor relations initiatives with broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with investor relations software, CRM tools, and financial databases is an asset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
