• Provide first-line technical support to end-users across the organization, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns, ensuring clear communication and escalation when necessary.
• Document and track IT incidents using industry-standard tools, maintaining accurate records for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT specialists and business units, to ensure alignment between user needs and technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions in service delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support to enhance your expertise and contribute to process optimization.
• Promote a user-friendly IT environment by providing clear, concise, and actionable guidance to all stakeholders.

What we look for in a candidate:

• A strong foundation in IT support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, with hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support, software installation, and basic network configurations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks or a willingness to learn is a significant advantage.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are highly regarded.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and resolving conflicts with patience and diplomacy.
• Basic knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems and familiarity with IT service management tools.
