As a Cluster Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the global profile of two iconic luxury destinations—Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea—as they redefine hospitality in the Kingdom.

Based in Riyadh with regular travel to our flagship properties, you will collaborate closely with the Cluster Director of Communications and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, while engaging with corporate communications teams, government stakeholders, media partners, and operational leaders across the cluster. This dynamic role demands a strategic communicator, relationship builder, and narrative architect who can navigate the complexities of luxury branding, cultural storytelling, and cross-border communications.

Your Strategic Impact

As the driving force behind public relations and communications for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea, you will craft compelling narratives that position these destinations as global leaders in luxury hospitality, culture, and transformative travel. This is more than media relations—it’s about shaping perceptions, protecting brand integrity, and amplifying visibility in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international markets.

Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning communications with the unique heritage, wellness philosophy, and regenerative vision of each property. By fostering meaningful connections with journalists, influencers, government entities, and industry stakeholders, you will ensure that Rosewood’s legacy of excellence is celebrated worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and earned media presence across local, regional, and global platforms.
• Build and nurture high-level relationships with media outlets, influencers, government communications teams, cultural institutions, and key industry leaders in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and priority international markets.
• Lead content creation and distribution, including press releases, media kits, executive messaging, speeches, statements, thought leadership pieces, and fact sheets—all aligned with Rosewood’s distinctive brand voice.
• Manage high-profile media engagements, including influencer stays, broadcast productions, executive interviews, and destination storytelling initiatives, ensuring seamless experiences and impactful coverage.
• Support senior leadership visibility by crafting executive communications, interview briefings, talking points, and media training materials to reinforce strategic messaging.
• Oversee PR agencies and external partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, measurable outcomes, and optimal return on investment.
• Act as a crisis communications specialist, monitoring media sentiment, mitigating risks, and developing proactive response strategies to safeguard brand reputation.
• Collaborate across departments, including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Wellness, F&B, Experiences, Guest Relations, and Corporate Communications, to uncover and amplify compelling stories that resonate with audiences.
